MAO Properties LLC is a small family-owned business based out of Central New Jersey. We are two brothers, committed to helping homeowners all over the state.
The Brothers
Mostafa Salem – Owner/ Operations- I am the Founder and operations manager of Strala Homes. I have been in Real Estate since 2010 and have been a part of all phases of a Real Estate transaction. Trying to help others in tough situations is something that I take pride in. We are a family-owned company that follows family values. We strive to provide great customer support even if we don’t buy your house.
Omar Salem – Acquisitions Manager – Since my senior year in high school I have been learning/working with my brother trying to grasp as much as I can about Real Estate. When I am not assisting sellers with their homes I am probably spending my time playing sports such as basketball and trying out new restaurants all over NJ. I’m a big foodie and a pizza connoisseur. I don’t mind traveling for some quality pizza and some good eats.
Jione Donnery – Acquisitions Specialist – Hi! My name is Jione Donnery but I like to go by DeeJei, I am happily married and a father of two extremely energetic young kids. I’ve been working in Real Estate since the start of 2020 and it has been quite a journey! My main focus is helping to ensure New Jersey homeowners, who are looking to sell, that Strala Homes may be a perfect fit.
What I love most about our company is that our family-oriented values are at the forefront and we truly care about helping our community and its families in making big, informed decisions about selling their homes.
Richard Silverio – Acquisitions specialist – Most people call me Chard. I am happily in a relationship and have 2 daughters and a grandson. I am a die-hard video game fan and have been playing for 4 decades now. Real Estate always interested me so I started with Strala Homes mid-2022 and so far, it has been great. My main priority is to reach out to New Jersey homeowners who may have issues with their homes or are interested to sell so they can be guided in making the right decision.
